since most of you seem to think that i banned alex unfairly, even though he did swear, and you think that i should have banned garrin too. so i will make a poll and if you think garrin should be banned, vote and state why.

A little late NOW, isn't it? He already got warned (unlike me), and I don't think he's that stupid to outright swear like that. And NO, I DIDN'T swear, contrary to popular belief, but now that you deleted my guest post, I guess we'll never know now, will we?

...I acknowledged saying "jack@$$", though personally, I don't see how that counts. How do you know I wasn't referring to the old Medieval style of saying "donkey"? Now that you've deleted it, I guess we'll never know. Also, since Garansballbarans said "gayball", which is a direct derogative term, do you need it to be listed in the rules?! Your own common sense should tell you to ban him for saying such things. But...banning him NOW does NOTHING, because he said that bloody WEEKS AGO. Punishing him now will only make things worse. It's bad enough already.
I would think posting anything about homosexuality, like "gayball", wouldn't be allowed in the Terms of Service. Can you check on that?

Can you check on that? fine i wont ban him, i just thought that might shut you up, but apparently nothing can do that, and you were swearing as a reference and ill quote as close a spossible, if you think parents will be upset at m rated games, just think how mad theyll be when they see some "swearword" is calling their children a gayball. that was somewhere close to what you said, and sure ill look at the tos for anything concerning gayball EDIT ok check the TOS, and there is nothing about gay comments, but the whole thing is not about the TOS, but the rules I made for the forum which at the time, the was no comment on gay terms

...
You looked up for "gay"? That isn't what you look up...
You look up for derogatory comments and the such. They obviously won't state WHAT they don't like.
Also, you should know yourself, do you go around calling people "gay" or "gayballs" as a friendly terminology? I would think not. Also, you should obviously know that it is as close to swearing as you can get. You didn't check if the word "jackass" was used in reference to people, or in reference to donkeys. Now that the post was deleted, don't use it as "evidence", since you deleted this "evidence" in the first place.
Case Closed
Also, I'm only using a guest account 'cause I'm too lazy to log in myself.

When you're typing and putting in your qoutes is that for like air quotes or something? Normally air quotes are just annoying but on the internet they're even more annoying.

It's called you don't mistake these for my actual posts like you did previously, and it is referring to other people, not what I'm actually saying. That is the only way I can get my message across, especially since I can't speak, I can only type. It is supposed to make things easier to read.

trust me, he wasn't. nobody ever uses gay in the reference of happy. they're most of the time refering to the homosexual context, especially in the use of "gayball."
