its to teach people about they army, familirizing them with training weapons ROE etc. then theyll think about joining because theyll think its like a game and i believe i had already answered this

Well not really, but do people really think that playing a game will help them win a war?

lol theres actually secret video clips and stuff in there, but anyway another feature i like is the flashbang nades. when they explode near you, they send a lound ringing noise in your headphones, as well as blacking out your screen. if your really close, its totally black, if your further away from the blast, it just darkens, or turns foggy, its really realistic, also you can still walk and shoot, just not see, so its better than games where you just frezee for a while

um, comparing America's Army to Counterstrike, america army is really junk. source's graphics are so good to the point that flashbangs also blank out your screen and send ringing noises through the headphones/speakers. also, they have a pretty decent voice chat. america's army cant say that. in my opinion, america's army takes too long becuase you have to go through basic training. if you want to get anything good, you have to special forces training, which means you must do all the other training things too. plus, the graphics are nowhere near those of source. there's little to no customization and choice of weapons compared to counter-strike.

I wouldn't bring up CS being rated-M, but in my opinion, I found the basic training really stupid. Example: the target dummy comes up! I am in prone, meaning I have the best accuracy possible. I aim at the largest section of the dummy so I can't miss. I have slowed the mouse down so I can't jerk and mess up the shot. I aim...I fire! I MISS.
I shoot 3 more times before I hit the dummy...
Sometimes, making the games realistic dumbs it down. I mean, having your gun jam in the worst possible moments? In the news, you don't hear about experiences like that. I also am assuming real professional soldiers don't let their guns jam by thorough cleaning and inspection.
The really weird part is that America's Army deals with warfare, guns, and violence, and it isn't rated M?
Its been so long...could you explain how the AA Punishment for TKing system goes? I forgot...
